- There is a
cleaning fee ($110) per rental plus applicable taxes.
- There is a
two-night minimum. A longer minimum stay may be required during Peak Season,
some holidays or for
Special
Events.
- Peak Season rates
apply in the month of October and the holiday weeks of Memorial Day,
Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Year's.
- Unless
confirmed, rates and effective dates are subject to change without
notice.
- $300 Reservation Deposit due at time of
booking. If reservation is made by credit card, no security deposit is
required. Reservations by check require a $300.00 Security Deposit in
addition to the Reservation Deposit. Security Deposits are refunded
after your stay unless damage occurs or anyone smokes inside the cabin.
- Final Payment DUE
30 days prior to rental. Failure to pay balance by due date stated in
your reservation agreement will cause your reservation to be canceled
and your reservation deposit to be forfeited.
- We accept Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Check.
- Cancellation
Policy: All monies paid are refundable if you cancel giving more
than 14 days notice prior to rental. Less than 14 days: NO REFUND. A
small service charge is assessed for refunding credit card payments.
